MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR FRAUD CASE WON

This is why the police put a premium on statements that they obtain from people who they accuse.  Think about it.  If the police have such a good case against you, why do they want  to talk.  They want you to say something that they can use against you.  So  don't .  People usually believe that it is ok to speak to the police if they are innocent.  This is not true.  It is never the right thing to speak to the police.  The police are not interested in establishing or investigating the truth.  They are there to make a case against you.   Speaking to them will never do you any good but it is very likely to  do you harm.  The policer are required to tell you this. "You are not required to make a statement but anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law."

You have heard this caution hundreds of times on television and in movies.  It is true.  You don't have to say anything, so don't  SILENCE IS GOLDEN.  Please invoke your right to silence.  You cannot talk your way out of trouble but you can easily talk your way into deeper trouble.
